3. Digital Downloads

• No Refunds or Exchanges:

  • Digital products, such as downloadable artwork, are non-refundable once the download link is provided.

• Copyright Disclaimer:

  • Digital products are for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

4. Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
• Non-Refundable Shipping Fees:
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., shipping the wrong item).

5. Lost or Undeliverable Packages

• If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:
