Delivery of Digital Products

• Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive access to your digital product via:
  • Order Confirmation Email: Download links will be included in the email.
  • Thank You Page: Immediately after checkout (if applicable).
  • My Account Page: If you created an account, digital products can be accessed under the “Downloads” section.

Access and Expiry

• Download links will remain active for 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. After this period, access to the files will no longer be available.
• It is your responsibility to download and securely store the file(s) before the expiration date.
• If you are unable to access your files within this time frame, please contact us at [email protected] before the expiry date. Extensions are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Usage and Licensing

• All digital products sold by Mochachino.shop are licensed for personal use only.
• You are prohibited from redistributing, reselling, modifying, or using the digital products for any commercial purposes without explicit written consent from Mochachino.shop.

  • Refunds or cancellations will not be provided if the download link has already been accessed or if the issue arises from your failure to download the file before the expiration period.
