Products are dispatched from our Canadian base using Canada Post. Mochachino Art holds no liability for damages or delays incurred during the shipping process. International shipments are untracked, with tracked options available exclusively for orders destined for Canada or the USA. Shipping times are approximate: Canada (2-4 business days), USA (4-6 business days), Everywhere else (1-4 weeks). These timelines are estimations and not guaranteed.
